2015 will certainly be the most exciting season yet for Maidenhead & Bray colts as I am pleased to announce that we have managed to secure the coaching services of Berkshire Cricket Coaching Ltd to oversee all the coaching at MBCC this season. These are the best coaches available and also train the County and District teams that represent the Berkshire.
There has been one change to the training sessions, the Under 11's sessions have been moved from a Thursday evening to a Friday evening from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the club.
For your information, we have entered the following teams into the Berkshire Youth Cricket League and I have attached the current fixtures as at today's date.

A few other dates for your diaries.

Wednesday 27th April - Under 13's training sessions start
Thursday 28th April - Under 15's training sessions start
Friday 29th April - Under 7's, Under 9's & Under 11's training starts
Sunday 19th July – Club Colts Day at Bray
Finally, parents, we have the Cricket Club AGM on Friday 17 April at 7.30 pm. It is an important meeting for the cricket club and, sadly, tends to be poorly represented by the members. After all, it is your club. The cricket club committee are keen for the club to be successful and, although I am many things, I am not an old fart yet; nor are my committee colleagues. The colts are extremely important to our future success, so it would be really positive to see some parents at the meeting this year. The clubhouse is certainly not the worst place to spend an hour or so having a drink on a Friday evening!
I do hope this has given you a flavour of the 2015 season, it truly does look to be extremely exciting for the boys, coaches and managers.
Should you have any enquiries please respond by email, but however, please note I am away for the Easter break from 5th - 20th April and may not respond to you straight away as it will depend on how good the Wi-Fi is in our hotel.
I’m really looking forward to seeing you all – boys and parents.
